Diet

Along with an exercise plan, you will also have to keep a tab on your diet. You will have to reduce fatty food from your diet. At the same time, reducing carbohydrates from your meals will also help in losing stomach fat. It is important, that your diet is rich in proteins, fruits and vegetables.
If you are including animal protein, then ensure that you consume lean meats only. You will have to make sure you consume calories, which you can burn through the day. If you lead a sedentary life, then you may want to reduce the calorie consumption.
There are certain foods that burn belly fat, which may be included in your diet.
Along with the above mentioned tips on how to lose visceral fat, it is important that you stop binge eating at night or through the day. Binge eating is often the cause of visceral fat. Stay away from fatty foods.
