Knee Exercises

There are some exercises, which are specifically designed to tone up the knees. Here are two very effective exercise for losing fats from the knee:
# 1: Squats are one of the best exercise to lose fat around the knees. To perform them correctly, stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Stretch out your arms in the front for better balance. Next, lower your hips towards the ground, by bending your knees, till your thighs are parallel to the ground.
When your thighs are parallel to the ground, see to it that your knees do not extend beyond your feet. Remain in this position for a second and then come back again. Start with ten repetitions of this exercise and then move on to do three sets of ten repetitions each, once your flexibility and comfort level improves.
# 2: Lie down on the floor, on your back, with your legs straight and hands on the side. Raise your right leg around six inches off the floor, hold it for about five seconds in the air and then get it back to the ground. Repeat the same with your left leg. Do around ten repetitions of this exercise on each leg. It will help tone up your legs and the knees.

Gym

If you are unable to make an exercise routine at home, join a gym. The physical trainer at the gym will suggest you the right exercises to do, in order to lose knee fat. Most probably, you will be suggested to work out on leg extension machine, hamstring curl machine and leg press machine. Follow the instructions of your trainer to the tee and soon you will lose fats from your knee.
