Running

Dumbbell Chest Press

Now slowly bend the elbows and continue doing this, until, they finally come below the chest. Now holding the weights, again slowly straighten the elbows. Repeat this procedure 10-15 times or as long as one is comfortable doing it.

Barbell Chest Press

Barbell chest press is one of the best ways to get the chest into proper shape. The procedure is similar to dumbbell chest press, the only difference being the weight. Here one has to hold the barbell (weightlifting bar) instead of a dumbbell, when doing this exercise.

Swimming

Swimming is one exercise routine that targets the muscle groups of the chest. This exercise routine will not only make the chest lean and muscular but also improve overall body shape. Moreover, swimming is fun to do and gives a great deal of workout to your pectoral muscles.
Along with these exercises, one has to keep an eye on the diet. One has to specifically stay away from fast foods. Avoid eating fried and fatty foods and have a well-balanced diet. Keep in mind that exercise helps to reduce fat only when it is supported by a proper diet plan. So, make sure to follow a healthy diet routine when doing these exercises.
