Squats

Keep a hip width distance between your feet while holding the kettlebell to your chest. Bend your knees and lower yourself in a squat. Make sure the knees don't cross the toes. Squat till your thighs are parallel to the floor and then come up.

Push Ups

This is done just like a normal push up, but instead of pressing your palms on the floor, you have to hold kettlebells under each. Spread out your legs with a shoulder-width distance between them and then lower yourself to the ground.

Jerks

To do the kettlebell jerk, use only one arm at a single time. Stand with your back straight and a shoulder-width distance between both feet. Lift the kettlebell with one arm till it reaches your ear. Continue lifting it till it reaches the head. When it reaches at the height of the head, squat in a jerk (not fully). Take the arm all the way up and jerk it one more time.
